| Thor "The Hammer" | What can I do instead of Lat pull downs and standing over head press Quote:
My only problem is.... I cant do pull ups. Not for love nor money so that is out of the question. Lat pull downs I have no idea what that is - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...lat+pull+downs that did not bring up any thing. If its the one with the cable, my gym does not have that, what can I do instead ? Now the clen and jerk or over head press I have a problem here. I basicaly smashed a hole in the gym roof when trying this last time either being 6 foot 3 with long arms is a mofo or my gym is made for people like TinyTom ! I know the idea is to stand so that it works your whole body but is there any thing I can do instead of this? Thanks all ![]()

http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...tPulldown.html And you can do seated DB press instead of Standing OHP. Hope that helps bud.

Most branches of Fitness First seem to - it reduces your bodyweight to a level you can manage.

| 16st 4 lbs and growing nicely | Re: What can I do instead of Lat pull downs and standing over head press Bent over rows, heavy with good form or t bar rows instead of lat pull downs. As suggested, do your presses seated with dbs or bb. Ps I am impressed at your weight loss...keep it up!! |
