![]() | Re: smith machine some good views on the smith machine thanks to everyone for there comments. think i will continue using it for the time being as still making steady progress on it and i am still getting the benefit of improving my stabilising muscles as i am using the free weights for incline, decline , bentover rows and dead lifts |

![]() | Re: smith machine Dont rate them to be honest and has been known to cause more injuries than anything..I used them years ago and you do not get the same feeling that you get using a barbell...Much easier to push more weight though but even without a spotter I would still either go dbell or barbell for sure.. |
