Scales

Thinking of buyying some just to track my weight on a weekly basis so i can check progress etc.

Anyone else do this ?

Will the bodyfat monitor on scales actually give an accurate reading or are they a waste of time.

Re: Scales

if its weightloss then get some which i assume so has you want to keep tabs on BF% but if your gaining muscle wouldnt bother with any at all...

has for bodyfat scales they couldnt be too far off i suppose good enough to get a rough idea.

Re: Scales

I've not weighed myself in at least 8 months. I go by how my clothes fit and what I look like in the mirror.

Re: Scales

I am doing a top class diet at the minute produced by a man called Chef-x and its called diatia and i have got to say it is probabily the best diet i have been on so far!

It tells you step by step what to do and how to do it including recepies and they all taste nice!

In it, it says to weigh your self every friday so thats what i do!!!!!

as for BF I have gotta get some calpiers, anyone reccomend any?
