DOMS - Legs

Had a gruelling legs session yesterday, as a result my legs are very sore from the old doms.
I was supposed to use today as a cardio day and i could probably go for a run although it may hurt a tad.

Should i go run or will i just mess up my leg recovery ?

Question is do i go running tonight or not ?

Re: DOMS - Legs

How bad are your legs?

Do you think you could run ok?

I'd rest them, IMHO.
