DOMS

OK, so i have just got back into the gym after a month off due to going away, i have joined a new gym. I had my first day there and the instructor pushed me realy hard. I woke up yesterday and couldnt move and today im even worse. My right Tricep is killing me i cant even bend my arm. Do you think this is just Doms or an injury? Im even having trouble typing this. I was ment to go gym today but i cant as im in pain. Ive never had anything like this before.

Re: DOMS

it does sound like doms hun - usually with injuries you feel something at the time of the workout.
To be honest as a personal trainer myself, i wouldnt "beast" someone who hadnt trained for a while as the client wouldnt remember you in a positive way!

Re: DOMS

Do you use an instructor very often? Do you feel you get much out of it?
