new training split - advice required please.

starting a new training split to try to encourage growth in my weakest point, my chest. this is it
monday - chest
tuesday - back
wednesday - legs
thursday - shoulders
friday - chest
saturday - arms.
sunday off.
i will also rest as and when i feel my body needs it or if i feel i am overtraining, if i have a rest day i will either have it on shoulders day as they are beginning to overpower my chest or just take a day or two and then start where i left my split for the break.

any advise i would appreciate ond any questions you want please ask.

You're training far too much dude, 2-3 days a week is best.

What's your routine on those days?

Id aim for each body part once per week. So drop one of the chest days. You say you want to focus on your chest more, but you will hinder its growth by not giving it time to recover. You'll actually improve more by not training it in this case.

Better to post up your routine though for more accurate critique.

As above,too much.

Try a different approach for your chest such as pre exhaust.
