![]() ![]() | new training split - advice required please. starting a new training split to try to encourage growth in my weakest point, my chest. this is it monday - chest tuesday - back wednesday - legs thursday - shoulders friday - chest saturday - arms. sunday off. i will also rest as and when i feel my body needs it or if i feel i am overtraining, if i have a rest day i will either have it on shoulders day as they are beginning to overpower my chest or just take a day or two and then start where i left my split for the break. any advise i would appreciate ond any questions you want please ask. |

![]() ![]() | Re: new training split - advice required please. i will b training 1 chest routine with a lot more volume than the other, i will be doing upto 20 sets per muscle group apart from biceps and triceps. i will b taking more rest days than showed as and when i need it. |
