![]() | Getting towards end of my bulk Roughly be 17 stone at heaviest for 3-4 weeks left of bulk, I was just wodering how my diet and cardio would come into play i'm looking to cut down to about 8% currently 20% at highest any advise would be great . I basically know I have to add cardio and drop carbs but now to sure when I start going strict on diet . Will start cutting march by aim is to cut for 4 months 16 weeks , so march till june/july any advise be amazing thanks |

I know a little excess fat is a given but damn. I'm still bulking and I make sure I'm never above 12-13% but usually hover at 9-10.....part of that is because of my job though, no-one wants to hire a fat PT ![]() Well as I said, depending on what your levels are at, I'd usually up protein a little, drop carbs and drop fats a bit but throw in re-feed days. Cardio, again, dependant on where your at, your cals, metabolism etc.... Hard to say without knowing what your doing at the moment. I'll just give my advice and thats start cutting now 3-4 more weeks on whatever diet your on is just going to add fat with minimal muscle. Don't try and cut too quick, 300 - 500 cal defecit, and build the cardio up. |

Just stick with whatever rep-range your using and train hard. The burn more calories this way and for longer as EPOC is present. | |

![]() | Re: Getting towards end of my bulk roughly on 3500-4000 cals aday at most , is it possile to get bigger well losing bf% my split is chest bis legs delts tris back cavles twice week and cardio 3 times week after weight prob getting 250-300g protein 300-400 carbs 50 fat thats rough |

![]() | Re: Getting towards end of my bulk Sorry guys about the grammar in my post. simeon69 my bodyfat% was 15% at 83kg now 20% at 105kg( 1 year and 5months). Will start cutting start of march to give me time to get ready for the differnces in diet, my diet is 80-90% clean. Would it help seeing rough daily meals ? |
