Fresh Start

Hi,
I stopped my regular training last year due to lack of time, location etc etc, the usual excuses! Also I lost motivation as I wasn't seeing any gains at all. Anyway, i'm now in the position where I can start properly now with the right diet (where I think I was going wrong before) and regular training. I'm at home quite a lot of the time which means I can be on a good diet and not have to worry about taking food/sups with me everywhere. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a reformed 'newcomer' about dieting in particular or any other tips!
I'm also a hardgainer and with a high metabolism I tend to get quite hungry between the usual meals.

Hey dude, check out the diet section, there's lots of information in there about suggestions for meals etc.
