![]() | got a question new to here hey whats going on im new here. Im not to new to working out though. Ive been working out for bout 6 months now. Im getting a lot stronger but im still really skinny. im about 5"10 and i weight around 144. like i have really good defenition but im not big. can i get any help. Thanx, John |

![]() | Re: got a question new to here i try to eat like crazy. i have a really fast metabolism. its easy for me to eat 4000 calories a day. even if im not hungery im trying to eat. i think what im going to do is start taking weight gainer cuz then thats like another 1000 calroies. so i think that just may help. I really dont have a like a set diet eaither i just made times when i eat and i look for what i can thats good for me and i eat a lot of it. ill write my intake down so i can add it up at the end of the night. ![]() | Re: got a question new to here ok well ill put up what i ate yesterday. 7:00- protien shake with bananas 9:00- 4 eggs, 6 pieces of bacon, 4 pieces of sausage, 12:00- two chicken and cheese hamburgers. 4:30- left over pizza from superbowl. 8:00- Protien shake through out the day im also drinking a gallon to gallon and half of water. ![]() | Re: got a question new to here how do you have your eggs m8 fried with with the bacon and sausage. ditch the bacon ,sausage the chicken,cheese burgers and pizza. i think the only thing i would take would be the shakes and bananas. check out the diet section dude, imo thats cr@p and a gallon and half of water 7liters a day ?????????? things like tuna,fresh chicken,steak veg,fruit,pasta potatoes rice,then protien drinks on top. as said check out the diet section |

| 250lb starting weight ^ lots of work to follow..... | Re: got a question new to here Every single day eat 1.5lb grams of protein per lb of body weight, add in a heavy amount of carbs in the first few meals and post training, all other meals add in good fats like olive oil and you will fly it ![]() P.S. bloody hope you have good definition you are close to aenorixic:( |

![]() | Re: got a question new to here didnt mean to be sarky microman the egg and sausage thing was to good to miss. i find diet the hardest thing, i just try to eat clean good healthy food and as much as poss. im 5,10 and about 170lbs gaining very slow but gaining there r thing i could be eating better i know, i like a chinese on sunday night and a bar of choc with a can after sunday dinner :beer1:. im not interested in competeing just trying to better my self. tons and tons of info on here m8 check it out and try and find one that suits you and won you can stick to welcome to the site dude |
