Farmers Walks

Can someone tell me what these are as i have never heard of them before and how do i do them and what muscle group/s do they work ?

Pick up the 2 heaviest Dbs you can, and walk around with them.

Will work Legs, Abs, Shoulders, Arms, Traps, Back - pretty much everything barring your chest.

Did them on Saturday with 2x 75kg Torpedoes. Heavy as chuff.

Thinking of taking them for a walk in the next couple of weeks, been about 6 months since I did properly..

I do..

I`m also looking for guys interested in coming up for workouts as TH&S recently did

Lets also not forget I only weigh 70kgs and those bottles are 75kgs each :crazy:

So a big weight difference as I`m only a weeee lad
