![]() ![]() | So if you are doing big compound exercises or you work by splitting muscle groups into parts and working on them part at a time. What do you think when it comes to training 1 muscle group more than once a week? i.e.. chest on a monday and on a friday? or maybe a couple of different muscles more than once. You cant totally isolate any muscle no matter which method you train in. I train 2 or 3 times a week, just hitting compunds hard.
