Re: training advice

When and If you reach a plateau then consider pumping drugs into you. Train and eat - that's your cycle. If you don't get that right nothing will help you, you still need to work hard on a cycle, there ain't no miracle drugs brother!

Re: training advice

Dude are you telling me you started lifting 4 weeks ago?

And that you also have been on gear for those 4 weeks?

Do you know about PCT?

Do you have PCT drugs?

What's your diet?

How tall are you, how much do you weigh, what's your BF% roughly?

What training do you do and how often?

Re: training advice

Yes, this is what i was saying. You'll do yourself damage and will not get big as you just started 4 weeks ago. Getting diet right takes a year anyway! Safety first, pip pip

Re: training advice

how long have u been training first of all mate ?
height ? weight ? age ?
whats the diet like ?

u dont jus wanna jump into taking gear !!!
gear is usually the last option to opt for !!

if u think u should be aching more , maybe you should
join a gym , get a different range of machines , weights ,
etc !!

im not telling you wont to do at the end of the day matey !
jus dont want you doing any long term damage to your body !!
