![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Which triceps exercise would you leave out? the best exercises ive mostly stuck to n made good gains are; close grip push downs - 4sets x 8-10 reps close-grip bench - 4sets x 6-10 reps weighted dips or machine dips - 4sets x6-10 reps thats only a guide line for wot i usually do in a session , but its different people opinions at the end of the day ini ![]() |
