    Can i exercise abbs everyday?

    Hi

    I wanted to ask can i exercise the abbs everyday or should i leave a day for recovery for example workout the abbs on monday,wednesday,thursday,saturday and the days in between leave as recovery period and how much time should i be aiming to work them out?

    yes i do but exercising them everyday will i be able to develop good abbs if i dont alowe them a recovery period or does that not count for the abbs ?

    I used to train them every day as a teen and i was lean so my abbs looked superb, now i dont train them and they still look as good when i diet down.
    If your training the rest of your body i wouldnt really worry about your abbs.
