| Gym Addict | arms !1 -help im have been giong to the gym for 6-7 months now and have senn good gains i have the v sape starting to form and all thatm, my arms are big when i tense but not when i dont ,anything i can do to make them big when not tense like definition ? i have good diet and take 3 shakes a day 2 on weekends any help ? |

| Gym Addict | Re: arms !1 -help my routine is back-bies,chest-tries,shoulder-legs.I do about 6excercise on back-chest (main lifts) and 3on the bies,tries because my arms get done good on the big excercise.my eating I think is ok for a school kid I eat. -morning(weetabix,mm cyclone shake) 11ocloack(sandwich-meat/tuna,pickle,sauasge roll) 1:20(sandwitch (same) 3:30(protien shakemass gainer ,weetabix) gym-mm cyclone shake after gym then dinner at 6:30(meat,mash,vega,- pudding (tin of pinaple ) -any help with any thing would be great thanks nathan. I also go to gym 5-6. Days a week I feel fine but am I over training Bench-55kg Back exstension-157kg chest press 65kg Last edited by corbuk; 19-01-2008 at 02:51 PM. |
