![]() ![]() ![]() | Supplementary Excerises? Currently I am doing 3 sessions a week, 2 different sets, all compound. Are supplementary excercises, like maybe 5 x 5 Chinups or Dips, recommended at all as addition to that work out or do you reckon the current workout is sufficient. Or is there other supplementary excercises that you guys would recommend, mixing in every sooften? Frog |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Supplementary Excerises? THats my hope. I worked hard on keeping Weight Down for Boxing, so my Bodyfat is pretty low. Bought a fair whack of Protein from MyProtein, some recommended off this site. And as for the workout itsself, I saw Bully Reccommened it to quite a few people so pretty much lifted it off that. Yeh, I'll stick at it, know where i want to go now so just gotta get lifting and get food in. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Supplementary Excerises? Bully i'm gunna hunt down the post where you wrote it. Cos i'm pretty sure i just lifted it from one of yours. haha. If it's wrong then what should i be doing, i'm more than happy to change, like i say, i jsut looked through the hundreds of beginners threads and lifted it ((or at least thought i did)). Any advice is a bonus, that's why i'm here, to listen to those in the know. Frog |

Food really will make or break it for you i think mate. Really make an effort to pack away the calories, dont worry too much about weather its protein, fat or carbs. Just get eating and get into a calorific surplus so you start gaining weight. If your not lactose intolerant then full fat milk is a great bulking aid, drink a gallon a day. Thats about 8 pints of milk. Still eat atleast 4 meals a day and i promise your start to put weight on ;) | |
