![]() | Room for a new Scottish lad Hey guys just had a quick look around the place looks excellent loadsa sound advice n decent chat going on ,been attending my local gym since october and lost a fair bit of beef ,starting to notice the change and totally loving it ,not the tallest dude lol so had to get rid of the old belly ,since october ive dropped from 13st8 i think it was and weighed myself tonight and im now sitting bang on 11st ,starting to get my chest in decent shape as it seems to be developing quicker for some reason ,would be gratefull for any help and hints on getting my Abs cut and getting my arms to progress, Cheers and sorry if i rambled on Stevie |

| in preparation for nabba northern ireland march 14th... | Re: Room for a new Scottish lad eat loads of clean protein and carbs mate, try aim for 240g of protein and tamper with your carbs(carb cycling) and have a decent amount of fats on low carb days, i find that cycling my carbs has a better affect on building lean muscle without the added fat to the belly |
