Re: Cardio help please

I do circuits.

2mins Treadmill / 2 mins bike / 2 mins Crosstrainer / 2 mins Stepper = 3 times. I do this after 40mins Weight training. So my workout lasts 1 hour and it dont effect my gains. I do this 4 times a week. hope this helps.

Re: Cardio help please

HIIT is the way to go IMO.

Means spending less time doing boring a55 cardio also, which is a bonus!

While bulking, cardio is more about keeping your heart and lungs healthy then actual fat burning, so low intensity cardio is not much use here.

HIIT will burn some fat (maybe more than low intensity) and give you a good GPP workout too, especially if you vary the activity.

2 or 3 HIIT session's a week, or as TH&S mentioned, tabata pwo could also work well.

Dunno about you bully but 3x 4min tabatas sessions per week sounds better to me than running....

Re: Cardio help please

No cardio will hurt your gains if you eat enough.

Unless of course your running marathons.
