GIETTING RIGHT BACK INTO THE THICK OF IT

Only new here guys, used to post on the bodybuilding.com but there all up themselves and not really interested in helping out that much.
Well im 37 and have trained on and off for most of my life, im one of these people who find it hard to gain weight, used to box and do a fair bit of cardio which maybe never helped, but bottom line is its hard to gain weight.
Been out for about a year now and some how have put weight on my stomach. but ive lost it everywhere else , not a pretty site man, if theres such a thing as been fat and thin, well thats me.
Just started back in the gym and wanna know any proven 3 day full body workouts,
I wanna gain weight and lose my stomach.... is this even poss?
Any help on workouts or supps would be greatly appreciated.
