perks is on a distinguished road
new boy

hello all, 1st post and new to bodybuilding so be gentle with me!

Ive just join a gym in plymouth and decided to work out 3 times a week. Ive just done my 2nd day today and it went well, although i can hardly move after my 1 st day and the back of my arms are killing me!!

Im after a bit of info about my diet.

Im 6'4, 14st 3, and 35 years old. Im a plasterer so aint got time to eat during the day, so what would you recommend for me during the day.
Also, for tea i know i should be eating chicken, fish, eggs and meat, but is there anything you would recommend for a newbie

Cheers

Welcome.

If you are struggling for time then you are really looking at MRPs, or Chicken Wraps etc during the day - you should have something 'hearty' for your breakfast and lunch.

Its best if you post up what you think you should / could eat and then we can go from there. Not knowing you its hard to guess what foods you like...
