unhappy gym goe is on a distinguished road
routine criique needed please

looking to shift body fat i 23 in an active job overweight im 6ft and 16st.

how does this week look

Monday-Squats 3x10
Lunges 3x6
Ham curls 3x15
Calf raise 2x20

Tuesday-1and half hour boxing training

Wednesday-Bench press 3x6
Overhead press 3x6
Dips 3x6

Thursday-1 and a hal hour boxing training

Friday-Deadlifts 3x6
Wide grip pulldowns 8-10
Bent over row 3x6
Bicep curls 2x12

sat/sun-REST

Sorry if termanoligy and spelling is incorect.

How does this look?I have a feeling you guys will say overtraining i wondered if because im youngish, out of shape ,almost a newbie again not trained in several years that i could get away with the overtraining,is this total cazy or is my routine even overtraining if you could get back to me that would be great thanks guys.

the weight routine i gt from a old thead on here will post guys name up he deserve all cred only thing i have done i add 2 days of boxing wich would be mostly cardio
