Newbie looking for advice on supplements

Hi guys, new on here (as you can guess with my post count). Been meaning to "sort myself out" for some time and recently started with the weights.

I am now looking for some information on supplements that would aid me in adding size/ bulk and muscle. Can anybody advise on a meal replacement (busy job and only have 1/2 for lunch and looking to replace the canteen fish and chips!) and a supplement for increasing muscle mass.

Cheers
Jay

Labrada Lean Body or Reflex Progen.
Both are decent meal replacement supplements.

As for a "supplement for increasing muscle mass", there are not many on the market that actually work.

Jimmy you big bully frightening the newbies away lol...

meal replacement for adding mass

met-rx or myoplex mrp's - easy to handle sachets but not that cost effective
myprotein do a cheap one which is supposed to be good £20 for 20 sachets..£1 per meal.

Not going to be as good as proper food though, try making up some chicken/Turkey with a baked spud/pasta & veg..stick it in a tuppa wear box and eat it while your in work/on the road whatever...

A good supplement for adding a bit of mass creatine has been used for years and is still good theres loads on the market that are pretty cheap and effective

Re: Newbie looking for advice on supplements

Diet is 100% the most important. Don't expect to have a **** diet but take supplements and you will grow. I believe the supplements most commonly used are Protein and Creatine. These are both very useful and alongside a good diet of whole food can increase gains.

Re: Newbie looking for advice on supplements

I would suggest amega weight gainer for quick mass as there high in calories. A standard weight gainer to put on some good size. I just got N-Large by prolab from House Of Pain Nutrition.com just last week.
