BENT OVER LAT RAISES

Bent over lat raises- What part of the body do you include this exercise in Shoulders or back at present i train shoulders with traps should this exercise be included in that or my back routine??? as most people i ask are unsure.

Thanks Chris:confused:

Re: BENT OVER LAT RAISES

Either either tbh mate.

Your hitting posterior delts & mid traps so could put it with shoulders
But then your also hitting the rhomboids so could work it with back.

Personally I'd put it with whichever day you have most energy on so you can hit em hard.

I'm training back with shoulders though so I dont have to choose

If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.

Re: BENT OVER LAT RAISES

I put these in with shoulders very strict movement with a little twist of the wrist at the top, burns like hell, rear delts. they will hit other muscle groups if you train to heavy or using cheat movements.

Re: BENT OVER LAT RAISES

i put them with back, because movements such as dumbbell rows also hit the rear delts, so their half burnt already. if you hold your shoulder blades in the one position throughout the movement you will isolate the delts more. try not to use your back too much.
