Re: Dead lifts

I do them when i train my back, as said before by Bulldozer, if you keep your legs "straight" - keeping the knees "soft" (Stiff Legged Dead Lifts) then its working the hams - hence you would do these with legs.

I'm following Nytol's split & it's absolutely brilliant. Do your deads first then about 2 exercises on delts - jobs a goodun'.

I found heavy DL and chins plus biceps to be too much to give 100% to on one day, so adding DL with delts which don't really take too much out of you to be a good idea.

Re: Dead lifts

i do em with back... then rest the lower back 3 days before doing legs...

back and legs both work the lower back hard... keep squats and deads as far aprt as possible..for better recovery...

god bless
