Re: Cardio- soooo much info am really confused!!

agree with kezz as your working the most important muscle in your body your heart!

TBH i am bulking at the minute also but i still do cardio after a workout for about 10 mins on treadmil, i would do more but i have a fairly active job where i am walking all day long so i dont need to do more!

With your diet dont be fooled by having a high protein, medium carbs and low fats will help you grow post it up and we will see if we can improve it in any way!!!

morning 7amwhey protien shake have oats here as well will help m8

10/11am 2 boiled eggs slice of rye bread need more protein here m8 honestly try having something like 6-8eggs but not too many yolkes just whites

12/1pm 350g turkey/beef/can of tuna with brown rice and cup of veg this is ok

5/6pm 300g turkey/beef/can of tuna with brown rice and cup of veg going too long here without protein

9/10pm 300g Cottage cheese + slice of rye bread
Try and eat every 3 hours longest with good quality protein as your body will need protein every 3 hours!
