Re: loosing weight/gaining muscle

You want to gain muscle but don't know if it's worth lifting weights?

Does anyone else see the problem here?

Lift 3 days per week IMO. This will aid the fat loss big time.

Diet and cardio are the key to losing fat - but if you don't lift I don't see how you are going to gain muscle.

Re: loosing weight/gaining muscle

stick to big compound exercises, and cv different days you prob find that if diet ok , weight wont change too much as you gain muscle and lose fat

Re: loosing weight/gaining muscle

Hi m8 the best advice i can give you is ignore your weight and concentrate(sp) on your BF instead!

Also dont cut calories just eat clean and if you do cut calories only cut them by 20% of what you are having now this way your body wont think its being starved and also eat regularly every 3hours atleast 5-7 times a day!

hope this helps
