![]() | Help on shoulders and chest Everything else seems to be getting stronger apart from my shoulders and chest. Chest is getting stronger slowly though but still flabby. My training is: Saturday: Bench (or incline) Press - 3 sets (10, 8, 6, 6) Flyes (flat or incline) - 3 sets (6-8) Shoulder press (front on smith machine) 3 sets (6-8) Behind the back cable laterals 3 sets (6-8) Lying tricep extension 3 sets (6-8) Shoulder strength is up and down :lift:, is this due to adding additional weight to the bench at the start..Difficult to judge whether I am making progress on shoulders at all. Any help would be appreciated. Ta |
