Re: Advice on my current plan/routine please

I think we all make the supps mistake when we start... I have a cardboard box in the cupboard full of stuff like trib, alpha male, hot rox extreme, multivits, creatine, yada yada yada...

nowadays... all i use is eca and fish oils, some clen every now and then.

weight is staying the same but i can see leg muscles and sometimes i can even see the veins in my arm!... ok, they aint poking up like a lean guys, but I can see them which is a miracle in itself...
