Calves help needed.

When doing calve seated/standing with weights to help my right calve always seems to be more pumped then my left, it feels like my left calve is'nt getting any sort of pressure put on it. Any ideas whats wrong here?

Wardie is on a distinguished road
Re: Calves help needed.

Either try one legged calf raises or drop the weight a little until you can learn to distribute the force over both calves.

Your calf is one of the fastest recovering muscles in your body so I suggest you train them more than once a week if you don't at the moment.

does that go for biceps aswell cos they dont ache the next day, and i feel i can do more, or is it cos they get used on other excercisses and your not directly training them. my calves get trained doing squats, cardio and on leg day just a thought what do you think

I have the same prob mate my right calf is bigger than my left as i hardly get any pressure on the left, really annoying i try and push down on them then when you raise do it and hold it until both hurt.

As above. Plus make sure you squeeze them at the top and bottom. Google TUT - time under tension.
