![]() ![]() | Re: Trap Exercises? Cheers for the advice, i few of them in there i have'nt tried before so it will be good for a change which is what i was looking for .@ Ethos - Heavy deadlifts, bent over rows and shrugs. That was what i was currently doing and is a cracking trap routine ![]() |

![]() | Re: Trap Exercises? You should be getting sufficient trapezium work from deadlifting, if not I would just throw in some shrugs.
