Trap Exercises?

Anyone with any good suggestions on some Trap Exercise's, I've been doing the obvious one's but all suggestions are welcome as i could do with a change

Farmers walks, shrugs with straps, barbell behind the back shrugs, high pulls, timed holds, partial deads off blocks, etc, etc....

try doing shrugs and uprigth rows dropping the weight a little and actually holding for a second at the top of the motion

TBH try varying all the different exercises that you do as this will keep the body guessing and TBH i tend to find that this method is the best IMO

Cheers for the advice, i few of them in there i have'nt tried before so it will be good for a change which is what i was looking for .

@ Ethos - Heavy deadlifts, bent over rows and shrugs. That was what i was currently doing and is a cracking trap routine

You should be getting sufficient trapezium work from deadlifting, if not I would just throw in some shrugs.

i do bent over flys for rear delts, and everytime hits my traps proper good,
