Got My First Ever WHEY

Hi,

I just got some samples of WHEY from boditronics and I would like to know the best time's to drink it throughout the day.

Also in what proportion do I mix it?

If it is a sample im guessing its in a sachet, mix the sachet in water or milk and drink it anytime of the day when you dont think you will be eating for a few hours ie, in between meals, also after you've been to the gym is a good time to make up another whey protein shake

whey should be taken when you need a quick fix of protein(sounds like a smackhead.lol) like when you first wake up or post workout, as for mixing, there should be directions on the pack, if not try 300mls of water or milk with a scoop and a half

Ok, this will make it easier for me to understand.

I have put the whole satchet of WHEY in as you can see below.

Does this look the right amount?

How much milk should I not put in?

Mate, as to how much water or milk you use - its upto you.

The more you use, the weaker the flavour and runnier the shake. The less you put in, the thicker the shake, the stronger the flavour.

Milk if you want it slow digesting, water if you want it assimilated quickly.

OK Thanks for the advice!

So I have got rugby training tonight, I would want to drink this with water just before training, this would have the best affect?

If I was to drink for breakfast in the morning I would use milk?

Before training id use oats and egg whites.
After training id have the whey with water.

Whey with milk before bed
Eggs in the morning, or whey with water.
