SUMMER 2008

i am currenly in bad,unfit state and want to try and tone up for the summer around july time next year, is that enough time, my stats are

weights , 15.5 stones
height , 6ft 3

no mate i dont train AT ALL, thats why am asking how to go about getting fit for the summer, and my diet is basically alot of junk so not much point posting it, can you help with that information, thanks mate

Depends what you want. I would say sort your diet out get rid of all the junk, join a gym and do some cardio

thanks mate, could anyone give me a good diet? that gives me enegery as i seem to feel tired all the time without actually doing anything

Just eat celery and run 5 miles a day you will be slim as f**k come summer

Bit tetchy lads?!?!

Plenty of time pal, don't cut down on calories, eat sensibly and when you are hungry, do a three day push pull leg split and do a 50 min jog (or row) on the other four days of the week. As you don't train you will be in a great shape in three months.

Research on the diet forum and the getting started forum for more info.

There is a point in putting your diet up, because someone can make some recommendations as to where you may be going wrong and suggest a few changes you could make, if you dont want to change your diet and are happy to continue eating junk, you will still look the same in July

ok sorry here is my diet, sorry for sounding like that its just am ashamed of my diet , here it goes

Monday-Thursday

morning- careal and orange juice
dinner time- 3 chineese chicken sandwiches , pack of crisps, choco bar,can of coke
tea time- pasta,sweet and sour,pizza depending on the day

Friday- Sunday,

full english on friday around 10am, and then chippy at around 6pm,
beans on toast and then chippy saturday night
roast dinner on a sunday,
