![]() | SUMMER 2008 i am currenly in bad,unfit state and want to try and tone up for the summer around july time next year, is that enough time, my stats are weights , 15.5 stones height , 6ft 3 thanks guys, help is appriciated |

Plenty of time pal, don't cut down on calories, eat sensibly and when you are hungry, do a three day push pull leg split and do a 50 min jog (or row) on the other four days of the week. As you don't train you will be in a great shape in three months. Research on the diet forum and the getting started forum for more info. |

![]() | Re: SUMMER 2008 ok sorry here is my diet, sorry for sounding like that its just am ashamed of my diet , here it goes Monday-Thursday morning- careal and orange juice dinner time- 3 chineese chicken sandwiches , pack of crisps, choco bar,can of coke tea time- pasta,sweet and sour,pizza depending on the day Friday- Sunday, full english on friday around 10am, and then chippy at around 6pm, beans on toast and then chippy saturday night roast dinner on a sunday, thanks guys, is that any good |
