![]() | The T-Bar Hi, In the routine I am doing I am using the T-Bar. Could some explain these please: How do I correctly do the exercise with the right form? and What muscles are being worked in the exercise? Thanks in advance. |

T-Bar rows? stand on the footplates, slide the plates on and bend forward slightly at the hips and bring the bar up towards your hips/mid section, hold and try and squeeze your back and then lower until arms fully extended...and repeat ![]()

From that i guess your a beginner? If so, use bent over barbell rows for the moment instead, T-bar rows are slightly more advanced. There working the back muscles by the way - mainly the mid traps and rhomboids though the lats and teres to an extent. |

spot on mate, I think you need to learn to feel the back working during this exercise otherwise its just pulling up the weight and going through the motions, Ive seen plenty of prats bangs loads of weight on and swing it like its going out of fashion lol
