budgie Gym Addict Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 185	to any other newbie to any other newcomer,ive only been on here for 2 days and have asked alot of questions,have had great replies and greater advice:beer1: chears so im going to focus and work hard the best advice out there ps not so many questions now thanks again budgie :crazy::crazy:
