![]() | Squat Estimate.. Hi all, just a quick one. I going to buy a Smith machine, to replace my old knackered home gym (to concentrate on the big excersises and all that..). Anyway, the one I like (and is affordable) has a max wieght limit (for the bar+weights) of 310 lbs, which is 140KG ish. Do you think that's enough to last me a few years, I weigh 60kg, and can bench about 70kg 1 rep max. I've never done squats before, hence the question. I intend to use it for squats/bench/shrugs.
