Question Training Routine

Need Help please i need to sort out a routine but i have no idea what to doCan you help i have a bench and a multigym pictures included in thread to help if can give me idea for routine.

Equipment if got

- dumbell bars
- bench and 6ft straight bar
- carl lewis multi gym
- loads of iron weights
- think its called a z bar?



Many thanks everyone for help im wanting to train 3 night a week and once at weekend
