![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've hurt my hand, will i lose alot of progress I've hurt my hand, and can't get a grip with out having a pain running done my fingers, so i've been out the gym for about 5 days. will i see much difference in my body from not going. panic panic panic panic hahah |

If you only miss a week or so then it's no big deal. Use the time to recover.
