I've hurt my hand, will i lose alot of progress

I've hurt my hand, and can't get a grip with out having a pain running done my fingers, so i've been out the gym for about 5 days. will i see much difference in my body from not going.

just think of it as a rest week... you wont lose any gains... depending if your hand gets sorted you may be stronger when you go back to the gym...

actually your hand wont stop you from training legs or doing cardio... so get in the gym!

Keep your protein intake high but perhaps drop your calorie intake slightly to a maintenance level if you are going to be out of the gym for the foreseeable future.
If you only miss a week or so then it's no big deal. Use the time to recover.

yeah i'm still gonna work on my legs and do some cardio.

just a quick question, I'm pretty much just doing compounds exercises, been doing them for about 5 months, what sort of exercises are needed after bulking, just keep doing compounds exercises?
