![]() | Re: newbie looking to gain more weight hi atm. Yes i have heard of whey. Can u recommend any brands or types? On doing my own research into whey theres seems to be alot of different brands. I wouldnt even know where to start and what brand to buy! Its probably down to personal preference and thats okay, but i dont have one so it would be nice to hear what others are using and why. You heard of maximuscle progain?? Someone suggested that but iv heard mixed reports about maximuscle so im not sure. |

![]() | Re: newbie looking to gain more weight It seems to be quite a major outfit and looks like they sell a large range of products not to mention some of the sponsorships they have with various sports! Im TOTALLY not aware of whats good and whats not here so before i spend alot of money on whey id prefer to know the reasons why or why not to buy. Would u suggest something like reflex, or myprotein over maximuscle? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: newbie looking to gain more weight Buy your whey from bulkpowders mate. You will see they are one of the sponsors of the site. Cheaper than buying the stuff with marketing costs. As for diet, post up what you eat in a typical day and what time you eat it. Also list your type of activity (job, hobbies) outside of the gym, and list how often you train. Put all of this in the gaining weight section and you will get plenty of advice ![]() |
