Book? Beyond Brawn or the New One?

Hey all,

I've read 'beyond brawn' by stuart mcrobert, as recommended on here. It's really helped a lot.

I noticed there's a new book out called 'Build Muscle Lose Fat Look Great: Everything You Need to Know to Transform Your Body' also by stuart.

Has anyone read both, and if so, is it worth my getting it? I don't want just a few updated pages if you know what I mean.

Cheers guys.

I'd try and look at a copy in Waterstones, I think BRAWN should be required reading for everyone, but Beyond BRAWN did not have a huge amount more in it, and was pretty much a re write, so I'd be a bit cautious.

I think you may be a little bit too advanced for that now mate, but it is an interesting read and the ideas are good for times when you are off cycle or in times when you have to be in and out of the gym fast, your HIT style is prob better for where your at now.

But for the 150lb guys who have just started, who are looking to get bigger and stronger, it could be the best £12 they ever spent.
