Re: My Routine. Any Comments/Surgestions

I always do Deadlifts 'before' Squats so that my deadlifts aren't affected by my leg work. So if you were swapping it around it do it like this personally.

Monday
Squats 5x5
SLDL 5x5
Calf raise 3x12

Wednesday
Bench press 5x5
Slightly wider than shoulder width grip military press 5x5
Dips 5x5

Friday
Deadlifts 5x5
Bent over rows 5x5
Palms facing pullups 5x5
Tall is offline
