![]() | Re: My Training routine (advice needed) its cool mate no worries, we all get a bit frustrated with people who dont put effort in and wonder why no progress has been made, just dont assume everyone new is. I will keep a new progress report when i start my strength building for MMA at the start of the new year. its been a very long wait. however i need to push myself this last month in cardio. I have noticed a bit of strength has been lost in my cardio stage. |
