![]() | Well this is me! You at the back, stop laughing! Oh well here goes. Brief history: Lots of failed relationships, moved house/city several times, martial arts, kickboxing, cycling, gym, gave up 3 yrs ago after minor surgery and started smoking again. April 17th this years - 17 stone, 10-15 fags a day, felt like ****, started to do something about it. Chest 44 1/2 inch Waist 38 1/2 inch (at belly button) Thigh 25 inch Bicep 15 1/2 inch |

I work an 8 day (4 on 4 off) shift pattern and i work away from home so my training plan looks like this Day 1 Work (get up at 4am to drive to London, finish at 7pm so this is my rest day) Day 2 Work - Run 40-45 mins before work - drive home at then end of this shift Day 3 Shoulders & abs - back to work for night shift Day 4 40-45 min run before work - night shift again Day 5 Drive home after night shift - sleep for 3-4 hrs then legs Day 6 Chest, Triceps, and abs Day 7 Cardio - 40-45 min run Day 8 Back and biceps Diet wise when i'm off it's: 1 breakfast - scrabbled eggs (1 whole + 4 whites) 2 rounds wholemeal toast + jollop of ketchup Gym 2 Post work out - NP pro-recover 3 Lunch - chicken breast and rice, plus glass of milk 4 Dinner - Chicken Breast stir fry veg, or steak and sweet potatoes, minced turkey bolognese with whoemeal pasta (the gf always throws some green veggies in with dinner) 5 Supper - Scrambled eggs (1 whole + 4 whites)+ jollop of ketchup I cook in advance for when i'm at work: Meal 1 - Chicken breast sandwich with slice low fat cheese Meal 2 - Metrx big 100 protein bar Meal 3 - Chicken breast sandwich with slice low fat cheese Meal 4 - Chicken and rice, or my homemade turkey chilli Meal 5 - CNP pro peptide Post run I have a Metrx big 100 protein bar Supplement wise: Creatine caps ZMA before bed Multivitamin Tribulus terestris Benefibre twice per day Plus at work we have a machine that does a no sugar raspberry tea with ginko biloba and ginseng - i reckon i drink about a litre of that per shift |

Goals wise, drop a dress size for christmas!!! ![]() I've not had a foreign holiday in 7 years so next year i want to walk from the sea like in the last bond movie and not get rolled back into the sea like save the whale footage Would like to get to 10-15% BF |
