cm, all i have is a ruler right now! We are definitely using a different way of measuring lol

Thanks for the info, appreciate it. What sort of food do u eat yourself? Im gonna add another shake in the morning, but what other type of food can i pack in? More sarnies? Possible egg in the morning?

yeah havent got one right now so hey ho, but im very curious on how u bulk up in food type? what do u munch on the average day?
