May i have some advice on cutting please, thanks :D

Is there much point in cutting if i still want to gain abit more size *bulk*?

also whats the best way for cutting? use my off days for cardio work while sticking to my every day workout...

cutting as you put it is down to cardio and diet your training should not change, post up your diet in the correct forum so we can help on that front.
Cardio start with 30min first thing in the morning before breakfast or straight after training 5 times a week then build up to 45 min per session..

meal 1

two weetabix non fat milk
protein shake with oats

meal 2
bowel of fresh pasta, red sauce

meal 3

half big chicken with salad and new boiled potatoes
protein shake with oats

meal 4

3 boilded eggs tunna salad

meal 5

Other half of chicken or two steak salad

protein shake


I know my diet not all that but it seems to be doing the job

also i've just started uni so trying to find my feet with out mummy buying all my food ;p

oh and i tend to eat bag or mixed nuts through out the day
