![]() ![]() ![]() | May i have some advice on cutting please, thanks :D Is there much point in cutting if i still want to gain abit more size *bulk*? also whats the best way for cutting? use my off days for cardio work while sticking to my every day workout... thanks |

Cardio start with 30min first thing in the morning before breakfast or straight after training 5 times a week then build up to 45 min per session..

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: May i have some advice on cutting please, thanks :D meal 1 two weetabix non fat milk protein shake with oats meal 2 bowel of fresh pasta, red sauce meal 3 half big chicken with salad and new boiled potatoes protein shake with oats meal 4 3 boilded eggs tunna salad meal 5 Other half of chicken or two steak salad protein shake I know my diet not all that but it seems to be doing the job ![]() also i've just started uni so trying to find my feet with out mummy buying all my food ;p oh and i tend to eat bag or mixed nuts through out the day random """" Last edited by colt24; 03-11-2007 at 09:18 PM. |
