![]() | Just a couple of questions from a new BB'er Hey! I've been reading these forums for a while but just decided to sign up, seems a good community! ![]() I have a couple of questions which I would like some help with; 1) I know that alcohol and body building do not mix, and have read a lot of literature on the topic. My question is this - I *know* that I'm going out tomorrow night, and will be drinking, but Wednesday is usually my day for back/bi's. Is it better to do the training tomorrow as usual, or postpone it till Thursday (day after the party) - which will hinder protein synthesis/mass building less? 2) I have an eating disorder which means that I don't eat most of the 'clean' foods which most BB'ers will eat, if I post up the foods I do eat would anybody be able to help me determine a good (well, it wont be good, more just adequate) diet? Thank you all! Chris!
