![]() | Opinions Im about to start my Dbol cycle and was reading that a good wookout for a roid cycle is a all over body one for the duration of cycle: Behind Neck Press 3x10 Squats 3x10 Flat Bench Press 3x10 Lat Pulldowns 3x12 Close Grip Bench 3x10 Barbell Curls 3x10 Bench dips 3x12 Im currently doing a 3 day split at the moment. What do you guys think about it...should i stay with the split routine during my cycle or go for the all over body routine>?? Thanks OLDSKOOL |

![]() | As it happens i could do with a new routine before i start my cycle!! Well i work out at home so ill list what equipment ive got and any ideas are more then welcome! Incline Bench Barbell Dumbell x 2 sets Push Up Stands Gym mat (Which i pull over bench so i can do preacher curls without burning my skin off!) Its not much i know but it still does the trick lol.
