Exclamation Help please ..

Hello , i would like some help on building my self up .. Look im olny 15 and im like a bag of bones lol
Im reali stugglin to gain weight and i honestly dont like the way i am!
So if someone could give me advice of gaining weight that would be great thanks alot!

I would try and eat eggs nal and give up .. I need a proper diet giving to me so i can start the gym ..

Breakfast - Cornflakes , or shredded wheat
launch - sandwhich with ham just .
dinner time - wateva my mum makes me pmsl
then before id go to bed i would have a bowel of cornflakes or somthing

And through all them meals i would eat chrisp's and biscuits and stuff like that.

And i wouldnt be gettin to bed untill late ..

Hi connolly atleast you changed that font. If your skin and bones i assume your about 8stone something around that region? To gain weight to start with you dont need a bbers diet just eat as much as you can every 2-3hrs to get the weight on while your going to the gym. Then after 6months or so get a bbers diet sorted once you have gained a good base.

Well... Theres the problem ^^^^

I'm guessing at 15 money will be an issue, and I'm assuming you'are still at school, so we'll keep it simple.

You need to eat more. More carbs, more protein and more fat.

Dump the junk food. Get up at a reasonable time.

Breakfast: 4 Slices Cheese on Toast.

Break: Meat sandwiches and pint milk

Lunch: Could you do rice and chicken? Pint milk

After school: Meat sandwiches and pint milk

Tea: Whatever your mum cooks - ask for more of it.

After tea try somethings like tins of tuna etc etc etc

(Don't drink all the milk if you are lactose intolerant.)

Yea mate 8 stone is correct .. Wat sort of foods should i eat tho ??

We don't know what you like so its quite hard to make up a diet.

Bread
Cheese
Meat
Milk
Chicken
Beef
Ham
Rice
Potatoes
Tuna
