If you are serious then you may want to buy some cheap protein shake for after a workout just to give you a bit more protein and carbs, if you have the money that is you can get real cheap ones from holland and barret. |

Stick to body weight exercises - push up, pull ups, maybe burpees, squat thrusts etc... Oats will be your friend - if you've got parents that will support you then this is aleady a huge advantage. | |

Great advice by TH&S (what does that stand for by the way)... eat, eat, train, eat and then eat some more, once eating is done just add rest... at 15 I would also stick to simple basic exercises, weights are ok I think but make sure you maintain the commitment and growth will surely follow... agree with the Invisiblekid that if your parents are supportive then thats a big bonus... if you are just starting out then a 3 day a week program should be good, once you have done that for a bit then look at mixing things up a bit... good luck with it all.. |
