weights for women

what would be a good routine for a bird. i would like to get my gf to do a bit. her goals would be to lose a bit of fat and tone up a bit. she doesnt know it yet so im going to try and tactfully ask if she wants to start and do a bit with me. she already swims a couple of times a week and i would like something to compliment this.

Re: weights for women

I have followed the routine set for me for coming up 5 weeks now and seen some great results

I just use the machines in the gym and have stuck to the diet PScarb gave me. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Your girlfriend would have to want to do it though, not you want her to do it
