Re: Train five days a week?

It really depends if youre gassed up as well. Those who are not shouldnt train as much as it is detrimental. Even guys who are using little bits.

The full blown juicers will be able to compensate.

Not necessarily, I am far from natural, ;), but make my best gains, training HIT twice per week, and I have tried pretty much every method there is.

My genetic recovery is poor, and no amount of AAS seem to have a huge effect on that.

Thanks mate in answer to your question i sit at a desk all day.

Re: Train five days a week?

If I was doing a 3 day split (mon, wed, fri) would it be detrimental to my gains for me to do HIIT on the tuesday and thursday?

No one can really answer it mate tbh.

Give it a try and find out!!

So many variables. I reckon you would be ok with 2 sessions of HIT, but as you push further into new poundage territory towards the end of a training cycle you may wanna drop the HIT, so you have more recovery time
